Who we are

Snow Home Inspections (“we”, “us”) provides independent home inspections in Northern Portugal. We are responsible for the personal data described here.

What data we collect

Information you give us through the contact and quote forms: your name, email, phone number, the property location, an optional listing link, and anything you write in the message.

Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (such as IP address and browser type), used only for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and provide the inspection you request. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to you.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Email is delivered through Resend and the website is hosted on Cloudflare; both process data on our behalf. We only share data otherwise when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to handle it and, where relevant, to provide and record the inspection service, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data. Contact us to exercise any of these.

You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside the European Union under appropriate safeguards as required by the GDPR.

Cookies

This is a static website and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our network provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies (for example for security and bot protection); these do not identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
